Refund & Return Policy

At XAEM, we want you to love every piece you wear because our goal is to make your nostalgia feel brand new.

If something’s not quite right, don’t worry we’ll help you fix it.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, fragrances, or signs of wear

2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates or underwear
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at xeam@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll make it right.

6. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
