Thank you for shopping with XAEM. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, shipping methods, and related information.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

  • XAEM ships worldwide to most regions.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates may take up to 24–72hours to appear in the system.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
XAEM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xeam@gmail.com with your order number and supporting details.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For limited or pre-order items, estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
